Creating an account allows access to course content, progress tracking and certificates where applicable. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping login credentials secure.

You must provide truthful and current information when registering and promptly update account details if they change.

Keep your password confidential. Notify SkillHubBoost immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access so we can take protective steps.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others is discouraged and may result in suspension.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, are used for unlawful activities, or present security risks. Suspension notices will be provided where feasible.

SkillHubBoost provides qualification upgrade courses, short professional modules and continuing professional development (CPD) pathways delivered online, in-person or through blended formats. Course descriptions, fees, and schedules are provided on SkillHubBoost.pro and in course enrollment pages.

Course content, instructors and schedules may change to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements. We will communicate significant changes to enrolled learners and provide reasonable options when changes materially affect course delivery.

Course availability depends on enrolment numbers, instructor availability and partner accreditation. We make reasonable efforts to deliver scheduled sessions but may reschedule or cancel classes where necessary.

Users must act professionally and respectfully when interacting with instructors, staff and fellow learners. The following conduct rules apply:

• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
• Submit only original work or properly attributed materials; avoid plagiarism.
• Do not attempt to cheat in assessments or falsify credentials.
• Respect course copyright and do not redistribute paid materials without permission.
• Use platform resources for legitimate learning activities only.
• Follow instructor guidelines for participation and assessment.
• Report any content or behaviour that violates these terms to SkillHubBoost promptly.

Content you upload, post or submit to SkillHubBoost (such as assignments, profile information or forum posts) is treated in accordance with these terms and our privacy policy.

You retain ownership of your original content, subject to any third-party rights and restrictions you must observe.

By submitting user content you grant SkillHubBoost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display the content as needed to provide the service, evaluate submissions, and promote learning outcomes where you have consented.

You represent that you have the right to share content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

We may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. You may request removal of your content; requests will be reviewed and actioned where appropriate.

All course materials, platform code, activity and branding on SkillHubBoost are owned or licensed by SkillHubBoost. Use of these materials is limited to personal learning unless explicit permission is granted.

• Do not copy or redistribute course materials without written permission.
• Do not attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer platform technology.
• Respect third-party intellectual property embedded in course content and follow attribution requirements.

Certain courses, certifications and materials require payment. Fees, schedules and payment terms are provided at the point of enrolment and on SkillHubBoost.pro.

Prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit and include details of applicable taxes where indicated. Promotional pricing is time-limited and subject to eligibility criteria.

Payments are processed via secure payment gateways. Accepted methods are listed at checkout. Payment authorisation is required prior to access for paid courses.

Some offerings may be subscription-based. Subscription terms, billing intervals and cancellation options will be clearly presented during sign-up.

We consider refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility depends on course access, usage and course-specific terms. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and processed after review; any reimbursements will be issued by the original payment method when approved.

You may cancel access to subscription services via your account settings. For single-course enrolments, cancellation rights and any applicable fees are detailed at purchase.

Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their purchases under local laws.

SkillHubBoost may change prices; existing enrolments are charged at the price agreed at purchase. Advance notice will be provided for material pricing changes affecting future billing.

Failure to complete payment may result in withholding of course access, suspension of services, or referral to collections for outstanding balances.

Information provided by SkillHubBoost is for educational purposes and to support professional development. Course outcomes depend on individual effort, and materials should not be relied upon as professional, legal or medical advice unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillHubBoost's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

We may integrate tools, content and services from third-party providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. SkillHubBoost is not responsible for third-party actions or failures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and access for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform. Users may also terminate their accounts via account settings.

Upon termination, access to course materials and services will end. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as record-keeping and fraud prevention.

By registering you consent to receive electronic communications from SkillHubBoost, including enrolment confirmations, course updates and billing notices. Notices provided electronically are considered delivered.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via SkillHubBoost.pro and, when appropriate, by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

If a dispute arises, contact us first to seek a resolution via SkillHubBoost.pro/contact. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation or other legal remedies under Malaysian law.
